The project involved the development of a logistics management program to streamline delivery processes. The application was designed to reflect the client's established processes and procedures. It allows for flexible management of these processes, enabling route monitoring, optimization, efficient scheduling, and the creation of detailed reports.
The application enables efficient management of the supplier network, facilitating quick delivery planning with the appropriate logistics partners. Partners, with direct access to the system, actively participate in the planning process, relieving the client of part of their responsibilities.
At the client's request, we designed a custom reporting module that allows tracking every stage of the delivery process. The reports are tailored to the company's needs, facilitating the analysis of efficiency and the identification of areas that require optimization.
The software enables flexible delivery scheduling, allowing the client's partners, with access to the application, to co-create schedules based on their availability. The chosen business model minimizes the risk of delays and optimizes time management.
To ensure high quality and facilitate the development of the application, detailed documentation for the SPA architecture was created. This allows developers to quickly understand the design and efficiently add new features, minimizing the risk of disruptions to the existing structure.
The application undergoes thorough automated testing before each update, ensuring high software quality and minimizing the risk of errors in production. This gives the client confidence that the system functions as intended and meets the highest standards.
